After 3 years, Shandong Port “Fareast Cup” International Regatta 2023 will restart the offline race, which will set off a new climax of Qingdao sailing in the later summer and early autumn. The race has attracted seven fleets of nearly 100 sailors from eight countries and regions, including China, Russia, South Korea, the United States, Sweden, Australia, the United Kingdom and Indonesia. The fleet will set off from Qingdao on September 1, passing through Vladivostok, Russia and Mokpo, South Korea, to start a month-long ocean voyage.

On the evening of August 31, the opening ceremony of Shandong Port “Fareast Cup” International Regatta 2023 was held in Haier Intercontinental Hotel.

Founded in 2016, the “Fareast Cup” International Regatta has been continuously upgraded for four times, and has added more international elements and fresh vitality to Qingdao’s sailing business.
